Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings are normally held mid-year each year to which every member will receive due Notice, an Agenda and a copy of the year-end accounts and Report of the Trustees. These Meetings are open to the general public but they may not vote. Non-members will be asked to register in advance and pay a fee.
Every member regardless of whether or not they attend the Annual General Meeting will receive a set of each Minutes. Copies of previous Minutes are available to view below.
